TransAd Partners works with retail wealth management firms to aid them with process improvement across the front, middle and back-office. We help our clients conduct assessments of their current workflows and internal controls, and use this input to guide the direction of their transformation. This might include transaction entry optimization design or system integration, and proceed from requirements specification to solution design and fulfillment.
Process improvement services include:
- Assess current workflows seeking opportunities to standardize and streamline the processes
- Assess current internal controls looking for opportunities to improve control with corresponding improved efficiencies
- Assist or perform the design to optimize workflows addressing both broker-dealer and investment advisor practices and internal control requirements
- Assist or perform the design to optimize transaction entry and effectively perform Principal reviews
- Articulate the transformation requirements, prepare the roadmap design and identify red flag risks for mitigation
- Identify system integration opportunities and assist with fulfillment design
- Full participation throughout implementation fulfillment
- Assist or prepare the rollout plan and deliver training to migrate personnel to new, optimized practices
